Our Commitment
URBot.net strives to ensure that our website and AI assistant services are accessible to people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML — We use proper heading hierarchy, landmarks, and ARIA labels throughout the site.
- Keyboard Navigation — All interactive elements (buttons, links, form inputs, chat interface) are keyboard-accessible.
- Color Contrast — Our dark theme uses high-contrast text colors that meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Reduced Motion — All animations respect the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query. Users who prefer reduced motion see no animations. - Screen Reader Support — Bot chat interfaces include ARIA live regions for real-time message updates. Cart changes are announced via aria-live.
- Alt Text — All informative images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images use empty alt attributes.
- Text Resizing — The site uses relative units (rem, em, clamp) and responds to browser zoom up to 200%.
- Focus Indicators — Visible focus outlines appear on all interactive elements for keyboard users.
- Form Labels — All form inputs have associated labels or aria-label attributes.
Known Limitations
- Some older bot subdomain pages may have incomplete ARIA labeling — we are progressively updating all 137 bot pages.
- The 3D bot builder turntable feature requires mouse/touch interaction — keyboard alternatives for rotation are in development.
- PDF exports from chat conversations may not be fully tagged for screen readers.
