Plain English Summary: You buy bots, you own them. One-time purchase, no subscriptions. Your data is yours. We can't see your conversations. You can delete everything anytime.
1. What URBot Is
URBot.net ("Service") is operated by TransSyndicate Inc. ("TSI", "we", "us"). We provide 123 specialized AI assistant bots ("Bots") available for one-time purchase. Each Bot is a digital product with a perpetual personal license.
2. Purchases & Pricing
- One-time purchases only. No monthly fees, no recurring charges, no subscriptions.
- Individual bots: $1 (starter), $3 (full), $5 (professional).
- Bundle packs: $5 (starter packs), $10 (pro packs), $20 (full arsenal).
- Business/enterprise licenses available at higher tiers.
- All payments processed securely via Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Every purchase includes secure.urbot.net encryption and antihack.urbot.net monitoring at no additional cost.
3. What You Get
- Perpetual personal license to use the purchased Bot(s).
- Access to chat, knowledge base, and all Bot-specific features.
- Cross-device sync capability.
- Cross-bot memory sharing between your purchased Bots.
- Free security (secure.urbot.net) and anti-hack monitoring.
- Future updates to your purchased Bots at no extra charge.
4. License Types
- Personal: Individual use. One person, unlimited devices.
- Team: Small team use. Up to 10 users in your organization.
- Business: Commercial use. Unlimited users in your organization.
- Enterprise: Custom terms. Contact us for large deployments.
5. Privacy & Data Ownership
This is the most important section. We built URBot around privacy, not as an afterthought.
- Zero-knowledge architecture: Your chat conversations are processed on your device. We cannot read, access, or decrypt your messages.
- You own all your data. Messages, preferences, memories, bot configurations — all yours.
- Export anytime: One-click full data export in standard JSON format.
- Delete anytime: Instant account deletion. All data permanently removed.
- No training on your data: Your conversations are never used to train models for other users.
- No third-party sharing: We never sell, share, or license your data to anyone.
- No tracking: No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixels, no behavioral profiling.

6. What We Collect (Minimal)
- Email address (for account login and purchase receipts).
- Purchase history (to manage your bot access and downloads).
- Basic analytics (page views, anonymized — no personal identification).
- That's it. We don't collect chat content, location, contacts, or browsing behavior.
7. Refund Policy
Digital products are generally non-refundable after download. However, if a Bot doesn't work as described or you experience technical issues we can't resolve, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. We'd rather lose a sale than lose your trust.
8. Acceptable Use
You may use URBot for any lawful purpose. You may not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract Bot training data.
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Bots without a business license.
- Use Bots for spam, harassment, fraud, or any illegal activity.
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' data.
- Impersonate URBot or TSI in any communication.
9. Marketplace
The URBot Marketplace allows community members to create and sell custom bot configurations. Marketplace purchases are between you and the creator. TSI facilitates the transaction but is not responsible for third-party content quality. All marketplace listings are moderated for safety and quality.
10. Disclaimers
- Bots provide informational assistance, not professional advice. Medical bots are not doctors. Legal bots are not lawyers. Financial bots are not financial advisors.
- Always consult qualified professionals for health, legal, financial, or safety decisions.
- Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
- We are not liable for decisions made based on Bot responses.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email (if you have an account) and posted here with the updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
