30-Day Full Refund Guarantee

If your bot doesn't work as described, or you experience technical issues we cannot resolve, email billing@urbot.net within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. No hoops to jump through.

Eligible for Refund

  • You can't access your download after purchase
  • Your download link expired before you used it
  • The downloaded file is corrupt or won't open
  • The bot produces nonsensical, broken, or empty responses
  • The bot's described features don't work as advertised
  • We were unable to resolve a technical issue within a reasonable timeframe
Not Covered

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Changed your mind after successfully downloading
  • Purchased the wrong bot (we'll offer an exchange — see below)
  • Technical issues on your end that we've helped troubleshoot and resolve
  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with AI responses on subjective topics

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email billing@urbot.net

    Send an email to billing@urbot.net with the subject line:
    REFUND REQUEST - [Bot Name]

  2. Include your purchase details

    Provide the email address you used at checkout and your order ID or Stripe session ID (found in your purchase confirmation email).

  3. Briefly describe the issue (optional)

    You don't need to justify a refund — the 30-day guarantee is unconditional for non-working products. But a short description helps us improve the bot for future customers.

  4. We process your refund

    Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method (typically Stripe to the card used at checkout).

Processing time
5–7 business days via your original payment method. Stripe refunds typically appear in 2–5 business days after we process them.
Refund amount
Full purchase price. We don't charge partial refunds or restocking fees.
Download access
Your download token will be revoked after a refund is issued.
Multi-bot orders
Refunds on bundle orders are prorated per bot. Each bot in a multi-bot purchase can be refunded independently.
