Eligible for Refund
- You can't access your download after purchase
- Your download link expired before you used it
- The downloaded file is corrupt or won't open
- The bot produces nonsensical, broken, or empty responses
- The bot's described features don't work as advertised
- We were unable to resolve a technical issue within a reasonable timeframe
Not Eligible for Refund
- Changed your mind after successfully downloading
- Purchased the wrong bot (we'll offer an exchange — see below)
- Technical issues on your end that we've helped troubleshoot and resolve
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with AI responses on subjective topics
How to Request a Refund

Include your purchase details
Provide the email address you used at checkout and your order ID or Stripe session ID (found in your purchase confirmation email).

Briefly describe the issue (optional)
You don't need to justify a refund — the 30-day guarantee is unconditional for non-working products. But a short description helps us improve the bot for future customers.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method (typically Stripe to the card used at checkout).
