Frequently Asked Questions

No. You use your existing Telegram or WhatsApp account. Just message @URBotAssistant (Telegram) or the URBot WhatsApp number. No sign-up needed on those platforms.

Yes. Generate a connect code on your My Bots page, then use it on Telegram, WhatsApp, and SMS. Each platform gets its own connection. Your bot remembers context across all of them.

Codes expire after 15 minutes for security. Just generate a new one from your My Bots page. There is no limit on how many codes you can generate.

Go to your My Bots page. Under each bot card, you will see "Connected Channels" with a Disconnect button next to each one. You can also send /disconnect in the chat itself.

Absolutely. Every URBot purchase is a legal contract. We never sell, share, or retain your personal data beyond what your bot needs to function. Use /delete at any time to clear history.

Each purchase is tied to one owner. The connect code links a bot to your specific messaging account. If others need the same bot, they purchase their own copy — that is what keeps your data private and theirs private.

Slack requires you to create a Slack App in your workspace (it takes about 2 minutes). Go to api.slack.com/apps, create a new app, add the required bot scopes (chat:write, channels:read, im:history, im:write), install it to your workspace, then paste the webhook URL into Event Subscriptions. Full steps are in the Slack card above.

The download gives you the bot's training data and configuration for local use. Messaging connection is a separate channel — you can use either or both. The download is yours forever; the messaging connection runs through our servers.
